RegulateHer started her derby in 2008 with WCDK, transferred to banked at LADD and skated for the Sirens and the LA Ri-Ettes. She is currently with Angel City Derby Girls and together with Quadfather runs the juniors program at ACDG, which they founded so that they could give their daughter Lil RegulateHer and all of the other juniors a great derby experience. Fresh from the 2016 JRDA championships, ACJD are ranked #2 in the nation. Http://angelcityderby.com/juniors/

Quadfather_PWD5Quadfather started coaching derby in 2008 and has coached adults and juniors on the banked and flat track for West Coast Derby Knockouts, LA Derby Dolls, Sugartown Roller Girls, San Diego Derby Dolls, Ventura County Derby Darlins, and now Angel City Junior Derby.  Quad’s main goal, and what he is so good at, is helping skaters reach a level that they never realized was possible.

Ringer_PWD5

Isabelle Ringer has been a member of the San Diego Derby Dolls since January 2006 and played and coached on both flat and banked tracks worldwide for 6 competitive seasons. Ringer has a diverse background of experience and loves the sport of roller derby on any surface. Now retired from competitive play to make more time for parenting, Ringer has spent the last five years as the full time General Manager of the San Diego Derby Dolls.  She spends the majority of her time working to grow and promote the sport of banked track roller derby and raising her two young children.

Nami_PWD5Tsunami has been involved in roller derby for nearly 8 years. Starting as a junior skater with the SDDD Juvenile Dollinquents – the team that she now coaches. Nami also competed with the SFV Fast Times all-star travel team. When turning 18, Tsunami transitioned into the adult league and co-captained the home team Hard Corps. She currently skates for the Wildfires and SoCal’s charter team The Kraken – it is truly the pride and joy of her life. Nami’s favorite thing in the world is playing high level derby with her team. She dedicates all of her free time to skating and improving her game – Tsunami swears she will play derby until she absolutely can’t anymore! …wheelchair derby, anyone?

Bo_PWD5Bo Toxic is a nine year veteran and has travelled the US playing at the highest level of both banked and flat track derby.
