Team Captain: PuRRfect

PuRRfect started playing roller derby in 2010 on the flat track with her former league, Prison City Derby Dames. In 2013, after deciding she needed a change, PuRRfect picked up where her mother left off and jumped on the banked track with the LA Derby Dolls. Skating for the home team, SIRENS, and as an All-Star with LADD Ri-Ettes, she is looking forward to starting her 3rd season off with a bang!
I couldn’t feel more blessed to be given this opportunity to share the track with so many skilled skaters from across the country. Challenging, exciting and great derby under one roof is a sure way to start the year off right! It is going to be an honor to skate with and against these athletes that I’ve looked up to for years at this fantastic event. Words cannot describe the amount of appreciation and excitement I feel to be chosen as a skater for this years’ RDCL All-Star Team. God is good! #LEGGO Photo: Grant Palmer Photography

Team ATOMinables

Roller Derby starts with complete command of the fundamentals. Then it takes desire, determination, discipline, and self-sacrifice. And finally, it takes a great deal of love, fairness, and respect for your fellow skaters. Put all these together, and even if you don’t win, how can you lose? We are the underdogs! We’ve come together to skate hard and have a hell of a good time!
The ATOMinables are as badass (and a little mismatched) as it gets! These barking, beer-shotgunning, ramp skating, new and seasoned banked-track skaters have been brought together to form a nucleus of positively-charged—and highly explosive—derby skaters. Hearts full of love—and skates fully charged—totally ignite this team on the track!
