What are your group rates?
Group rate ticketing is available. Please email email@example.com to inquire about group rates.
Will tickets be available for purchase at the door?
If the game has not “sold out” tickets will be available for sales at the door. Cash, credit, and debit cards only. No checks or $100 bills.
NOTE: Please do not email us on game day asking if tickets are available. We are unable answer emails on game days. If tickets are not sold out you will be able to purchase them on TicketLeap right up through game time.
What is the difference between a General Admission (GA) ticket and Bleachers?
General Admission: A General Admission ticket provides you access to the “standing-room” only sections of the Dollhouse. Please take the height of your young ones into account. Some little ones may not be able see over the rail and walls of the General Admission areas and you will NOT be allowed to place them on your shoulders or stand them on the rails for safety reasons.
Some standing areas may be available on the floor, but we cannot reserve these areas for you. If you think this will be an issue, please consider purchasing a Bleacher ticket.
Bleacher: Want one of the best seats in the house? Then purchase a Bleacher ticket for the weekend. A Bleacher ticket will get you unassigned bleacher seating for the entire weekend.
Where do I pick up my tickets?
All tickets can be found at the will-call area.
Do General Admission guests really have to stand for the entire event?
Yes. The majority of viewing areas in the Dollhouse are “standing room” only. If you wish to sit, please consider purchasing a Bleacher ticket.
There are a very limited number of bench seats available for our elderly and handicap guests in general admission however if you want to ensure yourself a seat for the entire weekend please purchase a Bleacher ticket.
I don’t want to pay for a bleacher ticket and I don’t want to stand for the entire game. Can I bring my own chair?
No. It is a safety issue and security will not allow it into the Dollhouse. General Admission sections are “standing only”.
I’m the guest of a skater, do I have to buy a ticket?
Yes, all fans are required to purchase a ticket to enter the event. Our Dollhouse is a very intimate venue and, unfortunately, we do not have the space to offer free admission to adult skater’s guests.
*Each participating junior (under 18 years of age) skater is permitted one guardian. The guardian’s wristband will be good for General Admission standing room. All other guests must purchase regular tickets.
What are the age limits for this event?
The tournament is open to fans of all ages.
What time do the bouts start?

Can I bring a camera?
Small “non-professional” cameras will be allowed (see the following questions for examples)
If you believe you may have a camera which will be deemed “professional” by security, and it is not shown in the examples below, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Is alcohol served at your events?
No, alcohol is not served at any Dollhouse events.
Please Note: A strict ZERO Tolerance Policy in regards to drinking will be in effect. If caught, all parties involved will be retained, the police will be called and charges will be pressed. Also, please be aware that undercover security agents will be in the crowds monitoring to ensure that no drinking is occurring.
Hint: If you strongly smell like alcohol, look intoxicated, have slurred speech, etc., you most likely will not be able to obtain entry by Security and will forfeit your ticket.
Food & Drinks
Can I bring in my own food & drinks to the bout?
Unfortunately no. Security will not allow any type of outside food & beverages into the Dollhouse. Security will escort anyone with outside food and/or beverages out of the Dollhouse and you will not be allowed re-entry. So please purchase your food & drinks inside the venue.
There will be plenty of food and drink available for purchase.
Is your location wheelchair accessible?
Our warehouse space is on the second floor and no lift is available, but we’re willing to help you out in any way we can. When ordering tickets, please let us know if you require any sort of assistance to get up the stairs.
I have a physical disability and can’t stand for a long period of time. Is there a special handicap section?
Trackside handicap areas are available for you and 1 guest due to the limited amount of space, so please plan your groups accordingly.
Baby Changing Tables
I want to bring my baby. Is there a changing table available?
Please Note: If you are bringing a little one, it is highly recommended that you bring over-the-ear hearing protection for them due to the noise. (see “Other Questions” below)
Is parking available?
Free and metered street parking is available though due to the large-scale event, please plan on walking several blocks to the venue.
Where are you located?
This is a private event, open to only 200 of our closest friends and held in our PRIVATE Dollhouse in downtown San Diego! You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the physical address after you complete your order.
I was unable to attend. Can I get a refund?
The San Diego Derby Dolls has a strict “No Refund” policy for unused tickets.
How loud are your events?
Live music, announcers, fans yelling…it can get pretty loud. If you have a hearing sensitivity, please consider bringing hearing protection like foam ear plugs.
If you are bringing a little one, it is highly recommended that you bring over-the-ear hearing protection.
Is there temperature control inside the Dollhouse?
No, we do not have heat or air conditioning. We do have some fans to help move air, but that is all. Please dress accordingly.
