Bootcampers, hands down. They constantly remind you of the work and passion that every skater puts into this sport.
I started skating in November 2009. After one bootcamp practice, I went out and bought all of my gear. I was hooked. Learning the sport requires patience, focus, strength, and persistence. After 3 months, I graduated bootcamp and played in my first game with Hard Corps (the B travel team at the time).I started derby for the exercise, but I got so much more out of it than that. The camaraderie, teamwork, passion, and friendships has kept me coming back.
